If you’ve ever been embarrassed by your teeth, you’re not alone. Lots of people struggle with teeth that are chipped, stained, misaligned, or crooked—and lots of people feel like they can’t do anything about it. The good news is, we have a very simple solution!
Porcelain veneers can enhance the size, shape, color, and overall appearance of your teeth. If you find yourself wishing for a whiter smile, straighter teeth, or a more balanced smile, then porcelain veneers might be for you.
Veneers are typically used to improve the look of teeth that are stained, chipped, cracked or misaligned. The process is relatively painless and does not require anesthesia. Veneers are long lasting and typically only need to be replaced every ten to twenty years.
Veneers are thin porcelain faces that are cemented to the front of your teeth. They are used to create an aesthetically pleasing smile by improving the size, shape, color and spacing of your teeth while avoiding more traditional orthodontic practices or whitening products.
Getting veneers from a dentist is a simple process. A mold of your teeth will be taken by your dentist and then from that mold your veneers will be created. After you have had your veneers created, you will be ready to get them placed. The veneers will be bonded to the front of your teeth with a special dental cement, and once this procedure is completed and the veneers are cemented on, you should be able to eat, chew, and go about your day as normal.
